INSPIRE: Multidisciplinary Journal of Human Development and Wellbeing is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by ASHA Publishing. The journal provides an academic platform for the dissemination of multidisciplinary research focusing on human development, individual and collective wellbeing, and the educational, psychological, health, social, and socioeconomic factors that influence human capabilities, personal growth, and quality of life.
The journal welcomes empirical, theoretical, conceptual, methodological, systematic review, bibliometric, and multidisciplinary studies that contribute to understanding human development and wellbeing across different contexts and stages of life. INSPIRE encourages scholarly contributions that examine the relationships between education, human behavior, physical and psychological health, social environments, and socioeconomic opportunities in supporting individual and community development.
The journal covers four interconnected areas: Education and Human Development, Psychological and Behavioral Wellbeing, Health and Physical Wellbeing, and Social and Economic Wellbeing. Research from various academic disciplines is considered when it demonstrates a clear and substantive relationship to human development, human capabilities, or individual and collective wellbeing.
INSPIRE particularly encourages research that offers evidence-based findings, innovative perspectives, and practical contributions to improving human capabilities, educational experiences, healthy lifestyles, social inclusion, economic opportunities, and overall quality of life at local, national, regional, and global levels.
