Abstract

Mahasiswa saat ini menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks dalam mengakses peluang pendidikan dan karier di tengah persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Keterbatasan informasi mengenai beasiswa, studi lanjut, penyusunan dokumen pendukung, serta rendahnya kesiapan karier menjadi hambatan yang sering dihadapi mahasiswa dalam merencanakan masa depan akademik dan profesional mereka. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas mahasiswa dalam mengakses peluang pendidikan dan pekerjaan melalui model pendampingan berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan pelatihan, mentoring, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan terhadap 50 mahasiswa melalui empat tahapan utama, yaitu needs assessment, capacity building, continuous mentoring, serta monitoring and evaluation. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner pre-test dan post-test, serta evaluasi kepuasan peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta dari rata-rata 50,5% pada pre-test menjadi 87,2% pada post-test, dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 36,7%. Peningkatan tertinggi terjadi pada kemampuan menyusun motivation letter (44,4%) dan curriculum vitae (40,6%). Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan peserta berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor rata-rata 4,81 dari skala 5. Sebanyak 98% peserta menyatakan bersedia merekomendasikan program kepada mahasiswa lain dan 96% peserta mengaku lebih memahami peluang beasiswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan berkelanjutan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi pendidikan, kesiapan karier, dan akses mahasiswa terhadap peluang pendidikan serta pekerjaan. Program ini berpotensi menjadi model pengembangan kapasitas mahasiswa yang dapat direplikasi di berbagai perguruan tinggi
