Its scope includes the analysis of legal policies governing enterprises, regulatory enforcement mechanisms, the protection of rights in business transactions, and the promotion of transparency, accountability, and fairness in economic activities, including those within the digital business environment. This field aims to ensure orderly, ethical, sustainable business practices aligned with integrity values and legal certainty.
