About the Journal

Business Regulation and Integrity Law e-ISSN: 3124-2936 is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal published by ASHA PUBLISHING. The journal was established in 2026 as an electronic (online) publication and is published three times a year, in March, July, and November.

The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and critical review articles in the field of business law and legal studies. Its scope encompasses business regulation, corporate law, commercial contracts, licensing law, consumer protection, competition law, compliance, good corporate governance, anti-corruption and anti-fraud law, business ethics, digital business law, financial and investment law, dispute resolution, and other legal issues related to business regulation, corporate integrity, and sustainable business governance.

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and academic integrity. Business Regulation and Integrity Law aims to serve as an international platform for disseminating high-quality legal scholarship and promoting the advancement of research, legal policy, and professional practice in business regulation, integrity, and governance at the local, national, and global levels.
